Mobsters and Kurosawa rub shoulders as Studio Canal Collection squares off against Criterion Collection in this week that sees the reissue of Martin Scorsese’s classic Goodfelllas in a 20th Anniversary Blu-ray Book Edition from Warner and the long-awaited release of Akira Kurosawa’s Ran, originally slated as a Criterion Collection Blu-ray release, but now appears as a Studio Canal Collection release from Lionsgate.
