Virtualize Your Surround Experience with New Systems from ZVOX: IncrediBase 525 and 575

ZVOX, a leader in single-cabinet virtual surround systems has introduced two new models in their top range of all-in-one speaker systems. The IncrediBase 525 and 575. The IncrediBase 525 is only 24 ” wide by 12.5 ” deep by 3 1/2 ” high and the  and the 575 is 36 ” wide by 16.5 ” deep by 5 ” high. The self-contained systems enclose everything needed to provide a full virtual 5.1 surround sound experience in their compact cabinets – speakers, amplifier, virtual surround circuitry and dual powered subwoofers.

The ZVOX IncrediBase 575

Aimed directly at the consumer who wants a surround experience to go along with their quality HDTV display, but doesn’t necessarily have the space for 6 or speakers, each IncrediBase speaker uses ZVOX’s proprietary PhaseCue virtual surround system to give you rich, three-dimensional sound with movies or music. Although no virtual surround system the speakers can provide a true, discrete 5.1 experience, the company claims their product do a remarkable job of expanding the 2-channel mix down to a wide soundstage.

And forget about needing a subwoofer; these high-quality, high performance speakers’ hand-built wooden (MDF) cabinets house specially treated long-excursion main drivers. All speaker magnets are powerful Neodymium models that are magnetically shielded. The 575 uses dual 6.5″ powered subwoofers in a spacious cabinet (equal in interior volume to a 14″x14″x14″ subwoofer box). resulting in bass down to 35Hz.

The ZVOX IncrediBase systems will be shipping this autumn at suggested retail prices of $399.99 (525) and $799.99 (575) respectively.
